Issue: The MORE Report Generator rejects certain engine serial numbers

Symptoms: When the user attempts to print a MORE Report for an engine with an Alpha-Numeric serial number an error message appears as shown below:

Component S/N must begin with a 1-3 char alpha prefix, followed by a hyphen and a numeric engine serial number

Problem Cause: Newer PT6A engines contain alpha numeric characters in the portion of the serial number to the right of the hyphen.

Solution:  This issue has been corrected in MicroBase Professional v2.12 Build 1211 (and higher). You will need to update your MicroBase Pro installation.
