If your database is too large to fit in one message, then use the data filter to select small chunks of your database to include in several messages. For example:

  • Message #1 - Contains all data from 1 Jan 2007 to 31 Dec 2008
  • Message #2 - Contains all data from 1 Jan 2009 to 31 Dec 2010
  • Message #3 - Contains all data from 1 Jan 2011 to 31 Dec 2012

Important Note On MicroBase Pro Version Compatibility

You should only transmit MicroBase messages containing attached MBX Data to another MicroBase installation with the same or higher version number. Older versions Of MicroBase or MicroBase Pro will not support newer MBX Data files. To correct this problem, make sure your recipient updates their MicroBase or MicroBase Pro system to the latest version.
